Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in 2.00pm Check out 10.00am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

When bookings are made directly through the website, one night's deposit is taken to secure the booking, the remainder payable upon arrival. No security bond required just valid credit card details.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

After hours check in available night safe located next to office, contact office the day before arrival for the security code.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check out's, depending on occupancy, available at $20 per hour after 10.00am.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposit paid when booking. Cancellation allowed up to 14 days prior to book in. Late cancellations forfeit 1 night's accommodation.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception hours Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 Saturday 8.30 to 12.30 Sunday dial '9' for assistance.

Rooms are serviced for stays over 9 days. Regular servicing can be provided at a cost.

Shops 400m one direction, 600m the other to Hastings Street and Main Beach surrounded by 25 restaurants and bars
